Winchelsea Road, London NW10

A brand new development of 31 residential social units over 4 floors as part of the Brent PFI scheme to design and build residential & care units for the London Borough of Brent. Constructed by Bouygues UK, the scheme will help Brent Council address the shortage of suitable housing for homeless families, reduce reliance on bed and breakfast accommodation, and modernise residential care services for people with learning difficulties.
Working with specialist contractor MPG Group Ltd, Elite Tiling carried out tiling works to external walls and facades to achieve this visually stunning 4-colour design. Tiles were fixed to a specified pattern at high level using fixed & tower scaffolding and mobile cherry pickers to reach otherwise inaccessible elevations, to produce this unique and iconic landmark in Winchelsea Road for the London Borough of Brent NW10.
All wall tiles were supplied by Solus Ceramics and fixed using Ardex X77 adhesive.
