The exciting redevelopment programme for the brand new Elephant & Castle leisure centre is well underway. Working alongside Balfour Beatty, Tiling is progressing within the Learner Pool, Recessed Steps and Foot Ledge. Screeding to the Main Pool is also now complete.
The new leisure centre named The Castle will provide a Six lane 25 metre Main swimming pool and a Learner pool and is expected to be opened in spring 2015.

Elite Tiling Ltd has met the Bronze level accreditation of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS).Contributing to London’s sustainability as part of our corporate social responsibility.
Elite Tiling are working with Lend Lease on the New Build Kitchen facility at HMP The Mount, Hemel Hempstead.
Not only an extremely high standard of finish is required but also finishes which are hard wearing, hygienic and easy to clean. Installation of over 900 m2 of Floor Tiling with over 520 mL of cove skirting to all areas to the Kitchen Servery, food prep areas, refridgerated stores and staff facilities & showers.
Following extremely tight schedules, site management is crucial in delivering this project on time and on budget for a finished handover in June 2014.

Tiling works are now completed to the new Kitchen unit at Her Majesty’s Prison in Winchester, Hampshire.
The project marked the first contract awarded to Elite Tiling in 2013 by Lend Lease and reflects the company’s growing experience of working within the HM Prison environment, complying with the very high security and H&S requirements demanded.
Elite Tiling installed over 650m2 of Floor tiles and over 275 mL of Skirting tiles to the new Kitchen area, meeting the Design of Stride Treglown specification.

Elite Tiling are delighted to have been awarded 3 Leisure Centre Projects to be completed during 2014 – 2015. Employing our extensive expertise in this market sector we have produced the high level of assistance and technical knowledge needed to secure these projects.
Elite Tiling have completed the Wall and Floor Tiling works to the Ladies & Gents Toilets and Staircase at London’s Charing Cross Railway Station.
Working for main contractor Volker Fitzpatrick, the WC refurbishments form part of the major Concourse Congestion Relief Scheme works planned to be carried out at Charing Cross on behalf of Network Rail. As with many central London sites, access was difficult and liaison with other trades and site management was crucial in delivering the project on time and on budget.
A second phase for the Waiting Room Floor Tiling works will commence April 2014.
Elite Tiling are delighted to have been awarded the tiling package for the new £11.5m Centrum Building development at Norwich Research Park. This project marks the first major 
colaboration between Elite Tiling and main contractor Morgan Sindall. The flagship scheme, part of a £26m Government funded expansion of the existing Norwich Research Park, will provide approximately 4000m2 of office, laboratory, business and social space in a brand new multi-storey building.
Elite Tiling commenced work on site in February 2014 with the building opening planned for May 2014.
Elite Tiling have completed over 4400m2 of Floor Tiling as part of a major fit-out to the flagship John Lewis department store in Oxford Street, London. Working for main contractor, Conamar, all works were phased and carried out during evening shifts, allowing the store to remain open to continue as normal without disruption to staff and customers.
Elite tiling completed extensive 600 x 600 porcelain floor tiling to the Lower Ground and Third floors and to shop floor columns, including a patterned feature wall to the lift lobby using riven and polished porcelain.
The project was completed in October 2013.
