Following the completion of the new floor fit-out to the Training Centre at Mercedes-Benz UK’s headquarters in Milton Keynes back in 2009 , Elite Tiling have now completed the new floor installation to the main head office building. Working with the appointed main contractor, VolkerFitzpatrick who removed the existing floor finish, Elite Tiling have carried out extensive tiling works, including a full Ardex DPM, latex levelling and adhesive & grout specification throughout to the main atrium, cafe and showroom floor area.

Elite Tiling’s completion and handover of tiling works at the new Travelodge in Canterbury at the beginning of February 2011, marks our 20th successful contract completion for hotel giants Travelodge.
Works at Canterbury included wall tiling to 60 guest showers, kitchen & back of house and floor tiling to reception.

World Champion diver Tom Daley made a Gold-winning debut at Southend’s new Garons Swimming and Diving Centre in the British Gas National Cup during the last weekend of January 2011.
Teaming up with his new synchronised diving partner Peter Waterfield, on the Saturday, Daley followed his Commonwealth gold last year with the pair’s first gold in the 10m synchro title.
On Sunday, new teammate Waterfield made the headlines as he pushed the 16-year-old Commonwealth gold medallist into second place to claim the 10m men’s title.

The event marked the inaugural competition to be held at the brand new £13.5million Garon’s Swimming Pool & Dive Centre facility in Southend-On-Sea, completed by Elite Tiling in December 2010.

Elite Tiling are very proud to announce completion of the state-of-the-art new swimming and diving centre at Garons Park in Southend for our main contractor ISG Jackson.
The new pool centre is now open to the public, as part of the existing Garons Park sports and leisure complex and is ready for the GB Olympic Diving Team to use as their training centre for the 2012 Games.
Costing £13.5m, the new facility includes a 25-metre 8-lane competition pool, world class diving pool and a childrens leisure and training pool.
Featuring the UK’s first pre-cast concrete dive tower, there are fixed platforms at 1m, 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m, two springboards at 1m and 3m and the dive pool is fiited with a moveable floor for swimming lessons and exercise classes, as well as a water agitation and air cushion system.
