incorporating two pebble mosaic features.
Bar: 100 x 100 Prismatics glazed ceramic wall tiles

Extensive works also to the external entrance steps and landings.

Reception, Lift Lobby, Lift Cars: 600 x 400 St.Aubin Honed Limestone with cut & dressed skirting, finished with Ardex MG grout and Stainless Steel trims.

WC: 450 x 450 Porcelain antique finish wall & floor tiling.

Entrance Steps: Flamed Basalt with honed face & edges, incorporating stainless steel inset tread bars.

Elite Tiling also carried out the screeding to the above areas as part of our contracted works.

BMW Showroom, Tunbridge Wells

BMW corporate specification floor & wall tiling to refurbish showroom to house BMW, Mini Group and BMW Bike brands on one site over 2 floors.

Extensive tiling works were carried out to all three showrooms, workshop, Customer Care areas, Staff rooms & WCs;

BMW Car: 600 x 300 Anthracite Riven Porcelain & 600 x 300 Stardust Grey to showroom floor, plus 600 x 600 Sandstone Porcelain to Sales Area floor

Mini Group: 400 x 400 Crystal Black Matt Porcelain to showroom floor.

BMW Bike: Black Riven Slate 300 x 300 Porcelain to showroom floor.

Workshop: Roben Red Pyramid Anti-slip 200 x 100 laid brickbond to floors.

Over 800m2 wall tiling completed throughout all areas.

Refurbishment of Pedestrian Subway ot Fiveways Corner on the A1 at Hendon, incorporating all walls to stairs & ramps and the underpass.

Tiles used were vitrified glazed ceramics and were individually hand cut from whole tiles on site to form a unique themed coloured mural to the architects design.

Honourable Artillery Co –   Refurbishment to the toilets, showers and reception of the Honourable Artillery Company’s Private Function facility; at the Grade 2 Listed Armoury House.  Tiling works also carried out to the brand new Basement area within the building. Finished project was opened by HM Queen Elizabeth.

WC & Shower area: 200 x 200 White Glazed Wall Tiling with a 200 x 200 Coloured Border.  450 x 450 Green Slate Flooring with Cut Skirting to Match.

Reception Floor: 600 x 600 Limestone Gascoigne Beige Stone Flooring finished with Stainless Steel Edge Trim.

Priory Place Chelmsford

New Essex County Court Building with Offices situated in Central Chelmsford at the junction of New London Road and Parkway.  Floor and Wall Tiling to 5 Storeys of WCs, Showers, Tea Points and Public Waiting area.

WC and Public Waiting Area Floors: 600 x 600 Natural Porcelain Slip Resistant Tile, with Schluter DILEX-EZ M/G 9 Perimeter Movement Joint.

WC and Shower Room Floors: 600x 300 Natural Porcelain in Colour Sumac; Internal and Externals corners finished with Schluter RONDEC PVC Trim.

Tea Point Mosaic: 25 x 25 Porcelain Mosaic in ‘Sumac’ Finished with Schluter RONDEC PVC Trim.
ARDEX Grouts and Adhesives were used on this project.

Newmarket Leisure Centre

A new leisure centre extension comprising two new swimming pools, wet & dry changing areas  & main reception.  Over 3000m2 of Tiling works consisting of works to the Pool Hall, 25 metre Competition Pool, Learner Swimming Pool, Changing Facilities and Reception Area.  Specialist works were carried out including the insertion of Swimming Pool Grating using sand and cement base, and tiled foot ledges and finger grips   along the edge of both the Competition and Learner pools.

Changing Rooms: 200 x 100 White Ceramic Wall Tiles with a Coloured Chequerboard Pattern; 200 x 200 Non slip Floor Tile with 200 x 100 Sit on Skirting.

Swimming Pools: 244 x 119 Olympic White Wall and Floor Pool Tiles with 244 x 119 Olympic Cobalt Blue Lane Markers and Turning Tiles.

Pool Surround: 200 x 100 White, Blue and Lilac Wall Tiles finished with PVC Trim in respective colours.
Treads and Risers were constructed in the Viewing Area using 300 x 300 Non Slip Tiles cut in 160mm high Risers to form stairs.  A 300 x 300 Step Edge tile was also used for the top of each step.
Epoxy Grout was used for all wet areas, such as all tiling within swimming pools and shower areas.

Maserati Ferrari Showroom Colchester

Maserati / Ferrari Showroom Colchester – Extension and Refurbishment to the Showroom for two of the World’s most famous sports car manufacturers.  One of the renowned Lancaster Ferrari franchise, the showroom and workshop stayed operational as the work was carried out.  However the work was done by Elite Tiling with minimal disruptions in separate phases.

Showroom: 600 x 600 Maserati Ferrari White Ivory Graniti Fiandre Porcelain Floor Tiles.
Workshop: 200 x 200 Maserati Ferrari White Ivory Graniti Fiandre Porcelain Floor Tiles.
Also used were Schluter DILEX EKSN Stainless Steel Movement Expansion Joints.

The London Clinic Cancer Centre

This eight storey new-build will be one of the leading cancer centres in the country, providing specialist treatment for patients from around Britain.  Elite Tiling carried out Stone Floor and Skirting works to a 300m2 Ground Floor Reception, as well as Wall Tiling to all WCs located on all eight floors throughout the centre.  The stone reception floor was laid on an in-situ sand cement base with a Full Depth Expansion Joint through the tile and screed.  This method of fixing allowed a truly flat finish once completed.

Reception Floor: 600 x 600 Beige Gascoigne Limestone sealed with Lithofin Stain-stop. 600 x 150 Skirting with a honed and arris finish.
WC Walls: 600 x 600 Cream Satin Porcelain Wall Tiles finished with a Stainless Steel edge bead.
