Elite Tiling Ltd appointed to carry out the Tiling Works at the Handy Cross Development, High Wycombe Leisure Centre for Willmott Dixon Construction.
Works include the eight lane 50m swimming pool with its moveable floor system and sub-aqua dive pit, 20 metre by 8 metre learner pool with moving floor 1.2 metre deep, wet changing village and dry changing areas.
Tiling works are on programme to start May 2015 and complete by Autumn 2015.

At 21 Station Road, home to Microsoft Research’s new HQ, we completed the Floor Tiling installation of over 500m2 Natural Honed Limestone, over 300m2 of porcelain Floor Tiles to the ground floor entrance foyer, main reception and atrium area, the WC Wall tiling and a visually stunning structured Limestone external feature wall.

Elite Tiling are proud to have completed the extensive tiling project for the highly anticipated Abbey Leisure Centre for main contractors Willmott Dixon Construction, which opened its doors to the public on Monday 16th March 2015. The £14m Leisure facility is the third major investment for the borough which includes its first luxury spa called The Abbey which features a hydrotherapy pool, a rock sauna and crystal, salt and aromatherapy steam rooms.
Councillor Darren Rodwell, Leader of the Council said: “There is no doubt that this new facility is going to be of huge benefit to borough residents and another great addition to our already fantastic leisure facilities. With the addition of Abbey Leisure Centre I think we probably have some of the best centres of any London borough.”
Elite Tiling carried out all tiling works at the new facility, including all pool tanks and undertook the Rendering and Screeding to the 25m x 12.5m six lane main pool, teaching pool including the pool surrounds and Arbo 1025 mastic works. All finger grips and grating supports were bedded in sand & cement in situ on site by our specialist tilers.

Elite Tiling are nearing completion of the Wall & Floor Tiling works, which includes a 25 metre six lane Swimming Pool, a 25m x 17.5m Learner Pool and the extensive Spa.
A £13m two storey Leisure Centre, which replaces the old Abbey Sports Centre and Goresbrook Leisure Centre.
Working with the longstanding John Lewis contractor; Conamar Construction, we are very pleased to once again Supply and Fix over 7500 m2 of Floor Tiling to the 2nd and 3rd Floor.
All works will be phased between February and September.

Balfour Beatty’s project team recently reassessed the construction program and have slightly extended the projected completion date; now anticipated for Summer 2015.
Tiling carried out at one of the largest warehouses in England built in record time.
The new £34 million distribution centre for Waitrose and Gazeley is located on 44.7 acres of land in Milton Keynes. Incorporated into the distribution centre is a two storey office as well as ‘Goods-in’ and ‘Goods-out’ offices.
Elite Tiling Limited carried out the Supply & Fix Ceramic Tiling to the Main Office Building Reception floor and Toilet Cores to ground & first floor. Tiling also carried out to the Goods In & Out Building Reception Floor.
Project Barley was completed within a tight 32 week programme officially finishing in October 2014, winning a Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Gold Award 2015.
